Thursday 26th December
A lovely day, calm and sun, after so much windy wet weather. The wind on Christmas eve made the Whooper Swans move with 24 on the Floods at Gruinart. Otherwise, all the birds of prey were out hunting today, making good use of the weather break, 2 Hen Harriers and 4 Buzzards al over the reserve at Gruinart. Anyway, I am off to eat the Christmas scraps.
