Words fail me, the good weather continues on, everyone is well pleased..... A short trip down to the Machir Bay last night around 11 pm was good for hearing Corncrakes, 4 at least, 3 round the Coastguards, and one closer to home. I did not go on towards Saligo, nor along to Sunderland as we would normally do, but it was a really calm night and worth the effort! It will be interesting to hear the final count but certainly there seems to be more around this year. 3 Bullfinches were seen down at Bridgend this morning.
