Yesterday afternoon, Distillery Dave had seen a male Hen Harrier perched on the ground as drove round Loch Gorm, close to Saligo bay. By the sounds of Dave's description it was a young bird coming out of moult.
The ferry has been disrupted again because of the weather, at least it made a sailing and the return trip to Kennacraig before the winds picked up... tomorrow is another day!!!!
